We needed to make as user‑friendly and elegant application as the bot
The client’s mission is to give millions of people an easy and secure way to handle cryptocurrencies safely. We’ve made a user-friendly crypto wallet
for receiving, storing, and sending cryptocurrency to get closer to this goal.
Initially, the Telegram chatbot was
the main client product with 315,000 users. It was obvious that launching new channels of interaction with the product in order to grow more was an essential task. A user survey indicated
that an Android app could become this channel.
Solution
We made an easy-to-use crypto wallet for receiving, storing
and transferring cryptocurrency
The main advantage of this chatbot
is its simplicity and accessibility. These features are highly appreciated by the users of the client. We needed to make a user‑friendly and elegant application like the bot.
The service allows users to store, receive, and send cryptocurrency worldwide. Insider tips: QR codes are automatically generated, and Zendesk integration is provided. You can send cryptocurrency directly from the «Contacts» section on your smartphone.
We did functional, exploratory,
and regression testing, provided smoke tests, and tested the localization and UI. We also tested the compatibility
of the app with the Telegram bot.
The crash-free rate of the app is 99.8%. This means that less than 0,2% of users face crashes.
Result
In six months, we completed the main task — to launch
a well-functioning product
Now users are able to interact with both the chatbot
and the mobile application that serves the wallet’s role. The new decision allows us to store, receive,
and send cryptocurrency around
the world.
It took six months to finish the app’s design and development:

The mobile wallet has increased awareness of the brand
and has become a product that provides many more options for users to access services.
